West coast wave painting

This is an earlier commissioned painting depicting the fresh, cool green waters from the west coast of New Zealand’s North Island.

There is a lotus flower symbolising new life and hope. A stylised surfboard leaves a flowing pattern which runs over the black sand and

swell lines. The Sun has just come up and creates its own pattern and reflections on the wave.
