Karekare waterfall

Painting from nature is something that I absolutely love!   The clouds moving overhead, the multitude of leaves glistening in the sunlight. And best of all, the sounds of millions of small water-droplets combined together to form a moving waterfall. This painting was inspired by Karekare waterfall on the west coast of Auckland.
